Couple of Couplets

• Waqt bahut guzar gayi,tareekhein yaadon se dhundli ho gayi...
Par puraani yaadein kabhi kabhi sata ti hain...
Par main bhi jee leta hoon,us kal ke intezar mein...
Jo kal har subah ki paigam deke aati hai...

•Tumhari yaadon me din bityai humne,
Tumhari yaadon me shaam,
Phir bhi tum kabhi pass na aaye,
Yeh yaadein hi hai meri inteqam..

•Apni rah par chal diye hum!
Jahan manzil hogi,wahi par rukenge hum!
Na toh tum theherne waale nazaron ke liye,
Aur na theherne waale kisi aur ke liye,
Apni rah pakad li hum!

A poem from the past.....

Those days..

JANUARY 9 , 2017

I sat wondering,
All those days I had spent,
Those days basked in glory,
Now filled with grayish overtones,

What a grand future I could have!,
If I had that wisdom,
Now I do have that,
But not the reason..

Now I just have to plough on,
Keep myself together,
Wait for time to take, Its course,,
For better or for worse..

I had written this poem (as a Facebook Note)at a time when I was facing personal crisies(I do face them now!),but those were really testing times;when I had felt the world had failed me...
I had recently found it out while digging my old facebook account,which no longer exists....

New Posts on the way.....

Again there has been a lull in my blogging efforts due to the Durga Puja vacations,preceded by the Mid Semester Examinations @ my institute..Normally I try to blog more during my free time,but this year the vacation was short and I had little amount of time to concentrate on my new blog posts..
But finally,I've got the impetus to pen down(or rather,type down) something for my blog..
